If we are unable to offer you a currently available position, but still think your application could be interesting for future vacancies, we will save your personal application data for twelve months, provided you expressly consent to such storage and use. Your revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the processing that occurred due to your consent up to the time of your revocation.

The personal data you have entered in the application form will only be used by TSS GmbH for the purpose of processing the application and for the process of filling vacancies. Your data will generally only be forwarded to the internal offices and departments responsible for the specific application process at our company. There will be no further use or disclosure of your application data to third parties.

Your data will be automatically deleted six months after the end of the application process. This does not apply where deletion is prohibited by law, further storage is required for evidential reasons or you have expressly consented to a longer storage period. If you are hired, your data will be transferred to our personnel-management system.
