TSS GmbH takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration. We use your data exclusively for the purpose of processing your enquiry.

The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Collection and processing of personal data

When using our internet pages, we only collect personal data if this is technically necessary or required for the use of the online services offered here. We treat this data confidentially and exclusively for processing your request.

When you access our website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect data that your browser automatically transmits to our server (so-called "server log files"). At this point, we would like to point out that we are not able to draw any direct conclusions about your identity from the data collected and that we will not do so.

However, we reserve the right to check the server log files retrospectively if there are concrete indications of illegal use.

Your consent to the processing and use of voluntary information can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.

Applications

Purpose of data processing/legal basis:

In addition to sending us your application documents by post, you can also send us your application documents by e-mail or via an application form for a quick and convenient application. We will only use the application documents sent to us to carry out the application process. Please note that applications sent to us by e-mail are transmitted to us in unencrypted form and the data may be accessed or falsified by unauthorised persons. You are also welcome to send us your documents by post.

We use the tool Perspective (www.perspective.co) for our application processes. The data required for the application process is stored at this company and used for processing. This data is not passed on to third parties.

The purpose of processing your personal data is to carry out your application procedure in our company and thus to possibly establish a new employment relationship.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 88 (1) DSGVO in conjunction with. § Section 26 (1) BDSG-NEU.

Storage period/ criteria for determining the storage period:

In the event of a successful application, your personal data will be stored for the duration of your employment relationship. In addition, after its termination, your tax-relevant data will be archived for a period of up to 10 years within the framework of the statutory retention periods according to §§ 257 para. 1 no. 1, para. 4 HGB, 147 AO. In the event of an unsuccessful application, your personal data will be deleted six months after the rejection.

Data processing in relation to our social media offer

We maintain publicly accessible profiles in social networks Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Through these offerings, we want to ensure a broad range of information on the internet. This is a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

The social networks can usually comprehensively analyse your user behaviour when you visit their website or a website with integrated social media content (e.g. like buttons or advertising banners).

If you are logged into a network with your social media account and visit our social media presence, the operator of the network can assign this visit to your user account. However, your data may also be collected if you are not logged in and/or do not have an account with the respective network. This data collection then takes place via cookies that are stored on your end device or by recording your IP address. We have no influence over this. Instagram accounts

TSS GmbH currently operates the Instagram page tss.logistik. Jointly responsible for the operation within the meaning of the GDPR are: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland and TSS GmbH.

We are present on Instagram to draw attention to us as an employer and to our services and products and to get in touch with you as a visitor and user of these Instagram pages and our website. As the operator of the Instagram pages, we have no interest in collecting and further processing your individual personal data for analysis or marketing purposes.

The operation of the Instagram pages, including the processing of users' personal data, is based on our legitimate interests in a timely and supportive information and interaction opportunity for and with our users and visitors pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO.

Instagram is a product of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. The European Court of Justice (ECJ) ruled in its judgment of 5 June 2018 that the operator of an Instagram page is jointly responsible with the provider Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for the processing of personal data. The transmission and further processing of users' personal data to third countries, such as the USA, as well as the associated possible risks for users cannot be ruled out by us as the operator of the site.

Via the so-called "Insights" of the Instagram pages, statistical data of different categories are available to us. These statistics are generated and provided by Meta Platforms. As the operator of the site, we have no influence on the generation and presentation of this data. We cannot turn off this function or prevent the generation and processing of the data. For a selectable period of time and for the categories fans, subscribers, reached persons and interacting persons, the following data is provided to us by Meta Platforms in relation to our Instagram pages: Total number of page views, "likes", page activity, post interactions, reach, video views, post reach, comments, shared content, replies, proportion of men and women, origin based on country and city, language, shop views and clicks, clicks on route planners, clicks on phone numbers.

Due to the constant development of meta platforms, the availability and processing of the data changes, so that we refer to the above-mentioned privacy policy of Instagram/Facebook for further details.

We use this data, which is available in aggregated form, to make our posts and activities on our Instagram pages more attractive to users. For example, we use the distributions by age and gender for an adapted address and the preferred visiting times of the users for a time-optimised planning of our posts. Information about the type of end devices used by visitors helps us to adapt the visual design of posts accordingly. In accordance with the Instagram terms of use, which each user has agreed to as part of creating an Instagram profile, we can identify subscribers and fans of the site and view their profiles and other shared information from them.

As only Meta Platforms has full access to the user data, we recommend that you contact Facebook directly if you wish to make requests for information or other questions regarding your rights as a user (e.g. right to deletion). If you need assistance with this or have any other questions, please feel free to contact us at datenschutz@leag.de. If you no longer wish to have the data processing described here in the future, please cancel the connection of your user profile to our site by using the functions "I no longer like this page" and/or "Do not subscribe to this page".

LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (Ireland/EU - "LinkedIn") is solely responsible for the processing of personal data when you visit our LinkedIn profiles. We place advertisements on LinkedIn. The targeting of advertising is a legitimate interest of our company. Our website uses the conversion tool "LinkedIn Insight Tag" of LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company. LinkedIn Insight is a JavaScript code that is embedded on our website. This is used to record the visits of LinkedIn members to our website. LinkedIn thus receives the information that you have visited our website and combines this with your profile data on LinkedIn in order to serve you targeted advertisements on LinkedIn about our company. This allows us to measure the performance of our ads.

If you consent to the use of this service (see item 4 (2)), a so-called cookie will be placed on your end device, which enables the collection of the following data, among others: IP address, device and browser properties and page events (e.g. page impressions). Consent

We only process your personal data with your consent, which you can revoke at any time. Your personal data will be treated confidentially and will only be passed on to external service providers if this is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract and the processing of enquiries.

Apart from that, your personal data will only be passed on if you have expressly consented to this beforehand or if this is necessary for the prosecution of criminal offences. Data will only be passed on to authorities or state institutions entitled to receive information if there is a legal obligation to provide information or if a judicial decision has been made. Your interests worthy of protection will be taken into account in accordance with the statutory data protection provisions. Your data subject rights

In accordance with Art. 15 (1) DSGVO, you have the right to request information free of charge about the personal data stored about you by TSS GmbH.

In addition, you have the right to rectification (Art. 16 DSGVO), deletion (Art. 17 DSGVO) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 DSGVO) of your personal data if the legal requirements are met.

If the data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) e) or f) DSGVO, you have the right to object in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO. If you object to data processing, this will not take place in the future unless the controller can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for further processing that outweigh the interest of the data subject in objecting.

If you yourself have provided the processed data, you have a right to data transfer in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO.

If the data processing is based on consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) a) or Art. 9 (2) a) DSGVO, you may revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future without affecting the lawfulness of the previous processing.

Please contact the Data Protection Officer in writing or by e-mail in the aforementioned cases, in the event of open questions or in the event of complaints.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The data protection supervisory authority of the federal state in which you live or in which the controller has its registered office is responsible.
