By providing training, we meet our social obligations as a company while also ensuring an exceptionally qualified succession. We offer training in a number of future-oriented professions. The diversity of our fleet (silo, curtainsiders and opencast-mining vehicles, vans, heavy-duty and roll-off containers) is reflected in the diversity of our training.
Our experienced and competent training manager, Heiko Meyer, ensures an optimal combination of practical learning and working – in accordance with individual development opportunities. He places a great deal of trust in the trainees and has them take on responsibility at an early stage, such as in trainee trucks.
The success of our training speaks for itself! The certificate of honour awarded by the state of Brandenburg in 2011 is one form of recognition for the high level of professional training. More importantly, many trainees have already laid a solid foundation with us a successful career start.

Our trainees directed their own corporate-image film in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2018. The trainees were not only responsible for the storyboard and text, but also stood behind and in front of the camera.
